You are requested to read carefully, these Terms & Conditions mentioned herein with regard to the use of ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App and various services that are provided by it.

1. You are advised to carefully read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before using ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App. In case of any use of this App or any of the services provided byADEZINES®, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of this App.

2. Use of ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App shall constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policy and notices mentioned here in without any condition or modification. If you do not agree with any of such terms, conditions or notices or any part thereof, you must not use ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App.

3. You hereby consent, express and agree that you have read and fully understand the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App. You further consent that the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are acceptable to you.

4. This App reserves its rights to change and/or modify and/or add and/or remove any of its Terms &Conditions, Policy and Notices under which the services are being offered through the App. The App also reserves its right to change or modify the contents provided in the App. You are requested to refer and get updated with the Terms, Conditions and Polices before using ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App.

5. Apart from the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein, particular content itself may contain/provide additional terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies Applicable to such content. You shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the content before endorsing any content.

6. In the event that any of the terms, conditions contained herein conflict with the additional terms or guidelines, or notices contained within any other content contained at ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App then the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein shall be binding and final.

7. Thus the App at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the user through the App without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App is not complete until full money towards the service is received from you and accepted by ADEZINES®’s MedMeanings® App.

8. This App prohibits any commercial use by its user, i.e., you. The App must be used by you specifically for personal use only. You agree and undertake not to sell or trade or resell or exploit any of our services/information for any commercial purposes.

9. You are not permitted unlimited or wholesale reproduction or copying of the content of the App for commercial or non-commercial purposes. However, limited reproduction and copying of the content of the App is permitted for "fair use" provided that this App's name and address is stated as the source.

10. You are also not permitted to do any modification of data and information within the content of the App.

11. You agree and undertake not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this App.

12. Due care has been taken by ADEZINES® to ensure that all the information provided by it is correct, however ADEZINES® does not give any warranty or guaranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any content, data or information provided by it. The App takes no liability, responsibility or any other claim whatsoever in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to you or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any information from the App. The App also takes no responsibilities for any human or data entry errors.

13. You agree that the services of the App may involve substantial modification in case of technical or other failure in the App.

14. The App contains various words which are commonly used in the business and the App is not claiming any right over the commonly used words.

15. The App does not endorse any advertiser on its App in any manner. You are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on your own before undertaking any reliance on such information.

16. Though ADEZINES® offers publishing and other related services, it does not represent or warrant that information provided on its App is generally Applicable. The App shall not be liable for damages or losses that may result from any of its information.

17. The App may contain links to other Apps. Such links of other Apps are not under the control of ADEZINES®, and the App is not responsible for the contents, updates, changes, errors, omissions or representations of any such linked Apps. Such links of the other Apps are provided for your convenience only and it must not be mean or understood or imply as an endorsement by ADEZINES® or any association with its operators or owners including the legal heirs or assigns thereof. The App is not responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever, received by you from any Linked App. You are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.

18. This App shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or loss or any other damages resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the services of the App; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of the your transmissions or data; (c) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with availing services from ADEZINES®.

19. Neither shall the App be responsible for the delay or inability to use the App or services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information obtained from ADEZINES®, whether based on negligence or otherwise.

20. This App reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to ADEZINES® or linked Apps and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason whatsoever.

21. This App shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the App during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the services that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond this App's control.

22. This App will always make its best endeavours to ensure that the content on its Apps or other information channels are free of any virus or such other malwares. However, ADEZINES® shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of data, damage to computer systems or any other consequences from download of any material or data from the App or through use of any services. You understand and agree that any such use or downloading of material or data or service is at their own discretion and risk, and they will be solely responsible for the consequences of the same.

23. As a condition of the use of this App, you undertake that you shall not use ADEZINES® for any purpose that is unlawful or illegal under any governing law for the time being in force within or outside India. You shall not use ADEZINES® for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions mentioned herein, both specifically and impliedly. In addition, this App shall not be used in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use and/or enjoyment of this App. You shall refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for or through this App.

24. To avail a Service through the App, you must maintain at your sole cost: (a) all the necessary equipments including a computer and modem etc. to access the App/avail Services; (b) own access to the World Wide Web. You shall be responsible for accessing the services and that access may involve third party fees including, airtime charges or internet service provider’s charges which are to be exclusively borne by you.

25. If you breach these Terms and Conditions mentioned on this App, ADEZINES®, reserves the right to recover any amounts due by you to ADEZINES® and/or the service provider and to take strict legal action as ADEZINES® deems necessary.

26. Any content or material such as sound, photographs, graphics, video etc. provided by ADEZINES® may be protected by copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights and laws. You agree to use this material only as expressly authorized by ADEZINES® and shall not copy, transmit or create derivative works of such material without express authorization from ADEZINES®.

27. Without prejudice to the other remedies available to ADEZINES® under these Terms and Conditions, or under Applicable law, ADEZINES® may limit your activity immediately temporarily/indefinitely and/or refuse to provide you with access to the App if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

28. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not upload, post, reproduce or distribute any content on or through the App that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right of a third party, without obtaining the permission of the owner of such right. Any copyrighted or other proprietary content distributed on or through this App with the consent of the owner must contain the Appropriate copyright or other proprietary rights notice. The unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and shall subject you to personal liability or civil/criminal prosecution.

29. None of the Terms and Conditions contained herein shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between you and ADEZINES® and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way.

30. The Terms and Conditions herein shall Apply equally to both the singular and plural form of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine and feminine. The words "include", "includes" and "including" shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase "without limitation". Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms "herein", "hereof", "hereto", "hereunder" and words of similar import refer to these Terms and Conditions as a whole.

31. If any of the Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such Terms and Conditions or part of such Terms and Conditions and the remaining part of such term and condition and all other Terms and Conditions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

32. If you have any objection to any of the Terms and Conditions of this App, then your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of this App.

33. In consideration of using the present App and by sharing any personal information on the App, you give an unlimited right, permission, consent and license to ADEZINES® to use, share or do anything it chooses, either for commercial gain or otherwise, with the said information.

34. All notices and communications related to changes being suggested in the Terms and Conditions shall be in writing, in English and shall deemed sent via email (with acknowledgment of complete transmission) to the following address:

(a) To ADEZINES®, at support@adezines.com or at the email address posted on the App.

35. You shall indemnify ADEZINES® against all damages and claims arising out of the use that you make of the App, and you alone shall be liable and responsible in case of any consequences arising out of the use of the App.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws, principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, India.
